To know how to ask is the key to be a success superior

When you are asked by employees some questions, don't answer them immediately!

Rather than just answer the questions directly, you may ask them another open question so that they can more likely reconsider or brainstorm about the solution. Beware that you need to "ask" as if you are offering suggestions and say it with sincerity. In addition, remember to give some feedback after their replying because that would make them feel being respected. In conclusion, one cannot know everything; therefore, the key to success lies in asking!

Something new to learn

There are so many things to be explored for me, and I deeply realize that over the few days. I know I am not good at dealing with peer issues more often than not. Sometimes I just don't know how I had annoyed or offended someone by doing some particular nasty things to them. Maybe I am a fool in terms of social skills. But, how come I could make some hate me so unconsciously that I was not able to do anything to compensate for my "faults". I believe there is so-called naturally incompatible when it comes to peer relationships, so one just have to endure and suffer, and then find a narrow way to survive.
