When you are asked by employees some questions, don't answer them immediately!
Rather than just answer the questions directly, you may ask them another open question so that they can more likely reconsider or brainstorm about the solution. Beware that you need to "ask" as if you are offering suggestions and say it with sincerity. In addition, remember to give some feedback after their replying because that would make them feel being respected. In conclusion, one cannot know everything; therefore, the key to success lies in asking!
This is my blog created for learning and socializing. I will share some interesting or boring stuff with all of you. Hope you would like it as much as I do.

Something new to learn
There are so many things to be explored for me, and I deeply realize that over the few days. I know I am not good at dealing with peer issues more often than not. Sometimes I just don't know how I had annoyed or offended someone by doing some particular nasty things to them. Maybe I am a fool in terms of social skills. But, how come I could make some hate me so unconsciously that I was not able to do anything to compensate for my "faults". I believe there is so-called naturally incompatible when it comes to peer relationships, so one just have to endure and suffer, and then find a narrow way to survive.

- Accounting : to learn some basic mathematical skills concerning accounting
- Investing: to get the experiences of investing in appropriate items
- Markets: to know the flow of markets
- Laws: to avoid any damages from ignorance of regulations in your own country

S | I S: Self-employed I : Investor
The left quadrants are quite different from the right due to the way you get your salary. You have to get the only money while working personally if you are in the left quadrants; however, if you are in the opposite side of quadrants, that means your money can grow by its own certain operation.

Reasons I major in EE, minor in AFL (Final version)
It has been almost three years ever since I entered National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. In the very beginning, I made a quick decision to major in Electronics Engineering. As I was a sophomore, I made up my mind to minor in Applied Foreign English. As to me, in practice, there have been several motives playing vital roles in affecting what I have chosen to major or minor in.

Learning through process
Sometimes it's really hard to notice how much we have learnt from just doing. Human beings are ,of course , one kind of the most intelligent creatures in the world, and people do learn everything in any ways. It could be communication, books, the Internet and even just doing.
